Service advisor was not helpful at all and mentioned several times that I did not purchase the car there. He didn’t seem to care it was there for warranty work. Had the car all day and did not fix a thing just ordered a part that I still haven’t heard about 3 weeks later.

Car had a few hundred miles on it. Brand new. Check engine light came on. Service wanted us to wait a few days to bring it in. They did however get us in and took care of the problem. An exhaust vacuum leak. I shouldn't have to leave a review on a brand new car with under 1000 miles on it. Just saying. Very happy with the car though. Great car for the money

My car was in for a 10,000 mile checkup, when I picked it up the right rear door weather seal was hanging out of the door. I brought it to the attention of the service rep he looked at it and said that it was not like that when I brought it in. The salesman Mitch was fantastic with communication from start to finish. The process of buying the car was extremely smooth, seamless, and no headache involved whatsoever. The car was detailed and had a full tank of gas. Service (mechanic Rich) did an absolutely phenomenal job inspecting and servicing the vehicle, making sure my ride was not only safe but in good mechanical condition. The cars on sale are good, pre inspected and serviced some but you should check anyways. Sale - is simple enough, depending on your negotiation. Roger is awesome, very polite and experienced bus sometimes he needs a reminder.
Although my car situation was complex on certain levels, Roberto was helpful in navigating that process. He constantly answered my many questions and calls. He sent me follow up emails and I really appreciate him for that. He also listened to my valid frustrations even when I understandably gave Volkswagen dealership grace.

The issue was a defective key fob. I was charged way too much for this diagnosis. Of course nothing is fixed. I still have a bad key fob, which would cost me more money. And all was not done on a very timely manner.
Helpful and polite and I was truly satisfied! Will continue to bring my car back if needed!

I got my car serviced for an oil change and tire rotation. The next day my warning light came on saying no wiper fluid. They didn't fill all my fluids up, I could be wrong but, I was under the impression that all oil changes came with them topping off the fluids under the hood.
The experience was horrible. Service repairs took way too long. There was a complete lack of communication from staff about issues of the vehicle(which is ONLY two years old). The staff also presented as extremely rude and lacked basic customer service. E

I wish the salesman we worked with knew the car better and had been more able to show us the features of the car. I did a lot of research on my own and I figured out a lot of things after purchase that should have been shown to me. My VW Atlas needed the windshield replaced due to the tornado/hailstorm that took place in my area. I called the service center and got the estimate of repair. I informed the service advisor that I had an open insurance claim- and he asked for the claim information. I emailed it to him and we arranged when I would drop off my vehicle. My car had to go back to the dealership two times and still has to go back to the dealership again for a third time. I was promised a rental car because a lot of times that my car had to go into the shop and how long it was in the shop. I got no call. I called said I'll call you right back never called me. It is ridiculous. How unresponsive and the lack of assistance were getting from the dealership.

The problem still isnt fixed. I left the car there all day and 30 mins after leaving the service light came back on. When I went back I was told that's why I should've left the car.. (I did leave the car) then he told me toto leave it over night, I asked how was i supposed to get home. He told me. That's my problem

I asked the person filling out the paperwork (receiving rep) to help me determine what needed to be done right now vs. what could be postponed for a month or two in order to reduce the cost. I went back to the dealership where I bought my last car because I had such a great experience. Same this time. Mike approached us when we were looking at cars on the lot, shared information, took a test drive, showed him my trade-in and he handled the deal. Great experience!

This is an exceptionally dangerous and unpredictable man. The moment I wanted to discuss a lower offer, BTW suggested by Alex Morales (the amount written on the piece of paper was Alex's suggestion and I confirmed that it would be very good, but too low for Matt) he practically flew into a rage, started talking in a raised voice, aggressively crumpling papers, and nervously pacing around the office. Welcoming when I arrived, Roberto was very welcoming from the start. He was throurogh in the process of checking in helped me in finding the waiting area, which was very comfortable and roomy.
