I got my car serviced for an oil change and tire rotation. The next day my warning light came on saying no wiper fluid. They didn't fill all my fluids up, I could be wrong but, I was under the impression that all oil changes came with them topping off the fluids under the hood.
The experience was horrible. Service repairs took way too long. There was a complete lack of communication from staff about issues of the vehicle(which is ONLY two years old). The staff also presented as extremely rude and lacked basic customer service. E

I wish the salesman we worked with knew the car better and had been more able to show us the features of the car. I did a lot of research on my own and I figured out a lot of things after purchase that should have been shown to me. I had come in basically saying 'sell me on this car, tell me why I should want it,' and he kind of fell flat on that aspect. The inside of my car was also not properly detailed before I took the car home. They didn't even tell us the front license plate was in the glove compartment. We are comfortable with the deal that was made and the financing experience was fine.

My VW Atlas needed the windshield replaced due to the tornado/hailstorm that took place in my area. I called the service center and got the estimate of repair. I informed the service advisor that I had an open insurance claim- and he asked for the claim information. I emailed it to him and we arranged when I would drop off my vehicle. After drop off he told me it may take a day or 2. I asked if he was going to contact my adjuster for payment and approval and he said yes, he would take care of it. The advisor called and informed me the windshield had arrived but it was broken. He also told me he would give a 100$ towards a rental for the inconvenience. The service advisor completed the repairs and had not gotten clearance from the insurance company. He also told my adjuster I had okayed the repairs, which was untrue. He didn’t follow the proper steps when handling an insurance repair. This delayed me receiving my vehicle and I never received the 100$. VW also referred me to CDE collision- for the PDR/dent repair. The experience there was not great also. They had my vehicle for a month-which was extreme and unnecessary. These things made an already bad situation for me, worse.
The staff is very helpful friendly environment they took they time to go over my contract and got me everything I ask for far as accessories I bought trucks from them so far.
Service communication and time completed was great and follows ups needed provided. Overall good experience
